Join us for our 5th Annual Holiday Social!
This year, we're going virtual, and adjusting our traditions to make them accessible from the comfort of your own home. See below for 2020's cocktail + mocktail recipe and our shared holiday music playlist, to which all members can contribute. We look forward to seeing everyone in our festive Zoom party! (We figure we can all use a little cheer these days.)
We'll be utilizing Zoom breakout rooms to enable folks to more easily chat.
This event is open to all genders, and ugly Hanukkah / Kwanzaa / Christmas sweaters are highly encouraged (though not required š ).

š· COCKTAIL + MOCKTAIL RECIPE
This year's themed cocktail is a cranberry rum drink, meant to be served warm; below is a recipe for 4 servings' worth:
- 4 cups (1L) cranberry juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon quill
- 2 cloves
- 1/4 cup (60ml) dark rum
Place the juices, cinnamon and cloves in a pan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the rum. Serve warm.
For a nonalcoholic version, add brown sugar to taste before simmering (4 to 6 tablespoons) and omit the rum.
