What better way to get your Saturday started than going for a little run! The loop we will run is around a 5k/3.1 mile distance.
This run isa great for beginners, and it is one big loop so you can't really get lost for those who want to go ahead of the pack and work on speed.
*If the group wants to run a longer distance there is a quiet neighborhood beside the park with some good hills that can be added on.
