We feature monthly meetings, workshops, CashFlow 101 evenings, full-blown professional education, and hands-on learning and participation.

In the Madison REIA, we educate and develop real estate investors. If you are new to real estate investing, just kicking the tires, or have dozens of properties under your belt, this session is for YOU. On the 4th Monday of most months, we feature our REIA Round Table Discussion Session. Each month we explore new topics in new ways. We have a local expert speak for 30 minutes about real world topics about real estate. You'll get to ask questions and get answers from seasoned professionals that do this work on a daily basis. If you're new to investing or just considering it, this will give you some great insight. If this is old hat, come share what you know. You'll likely get a nugget or two as well. SCHEDULE 5:30 PM - Check-In, & Networking; check in at the front desk, visit with your friends and colleagues, get settled in for the group. 6:00 PM - Greetings, Announcements, and Introductions; Welcome from the group facilitator, brief announcements, and introductions. 6:10 PM - Featured Topics. We present 1 or 2 topics of interest to the group. New every time. 6:45 PM - Networking. We break out into unstructured networking. First-time guests meet with the owner. 7:15 PM - The Mastermind. Learn how to get out of the Rat Race and onto the Fast Track where your money works hard for you, instead of you working hard for your money. Cashflow 101 is an educational board game that teaches all the principles that you need as a real estate investor and entrepreneur. You get to practice real world investing with play money, so there's no real world risk, but there's a TON of real world learning. Meet new people, make friends, and learn how to make smart financial decisions so that you can get out of the Rat Race for good. About Madison REIA: We are a community of local individuals involved in real estate in the Madison area. We train people, make networking opportunities available, and foster the professional growth and development of our members through education, hands-on coaching, and access to national speakers. We are local with an intimate knowledge of the Madison area real estate market. the General Session is our main monthly meeting. This is the time to network with friends and colleagues and learn something new for your business. We bring top speakers and presenters every month to help further your business. some of those will offer you the opportunity to purchase additional products or services that may be of interest to you. There is never any obligation on your part to purchase anything. We invite only those speakers that provide exceptional value for our members, and who do not engage in any hard-sell or misleading sales tactics. In some cases, a portion of what you spend comes back to your REIA to help defray costs. Meeting Schedule: 5:30 pm - Registration, Preferred Vendors, Pizza and Coffee.
