Chef Nick from the Springfield Grille is once again welcoming us to enjoy his delicious vegan cooking paired with vegan wines. The menu will be low oil, salt and no sugar and if you're not a wine drinker, will have mocktails available. There will also be a Chinese auction available to help defray the cost of this site and anything over this amount will be donated to Happy Trails to help them care for the 60 birds they took in from a cock fighting raid in Youngstown.
