Main Line Meditation is offering virtual guided meditation classes as an introduction to our full practice. We will be hosting classes via Zoom in which one will learn the basic principles behind this method, practice self-reflection, and begin to empty the mind of stress, pain, or worries.
This method allows for deep emotional and psychological changes that enhance feelings of well-being, safety, acceptance, connection with others, harmony, and self-awareness.
Anyone is welcome to join, whether a beginner or long time practitioner, let's take a look within and see the world beyond what we carry within our mind.
Everyone seeks inner peace, but there is no peace within the human mind. This is because we have the stressful mind that has been built up over a lifetime. When that mind of stress is eliminated, then the mind of Truth, which is peaceful, remains.
The human mind consists of all our experiences and stories that we've accumulated throughout this one lifetime. People live inside of their human mind, only knowing and living according to what they have stored within. When you throw away all of the human mind, which contains the worried thoughts and fears, then one has no stress and can have true inner peace, no matter the condition. Why not try this method out?
In this event, we will discuss the basic principles of our meditation practice at Main Line Meditation. This will be followed by a guided meditation to see, individually, what we have stored within and start to clear away some of those blockages.
