Maine Globetrotters and Explorers

We are mature, friendly, fun, globetrotting and adventurous members.  In our group, you will meet others who will share your interest in different activities and travel.  Let’s explore all that our beautiful state has to offer through way of hiking, biking, kayaking, snowshoeing, museums, plays, concerts,  happy hours, travel  ideas, Trivia, online cooking classes and whatever else strikes our fancy!  We always have something planned every month so please check our Meetup site.

THEN…Join us in Exploring the World and all it has to offer!!!  We have been travelers and coordinators for the last five years with EF GoAhead and have traveled to the U.S. National Parks, Canadian Rockies, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Peru, Costa Rica, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Brussels, Great Britain and Egypt.

BY JOINING MAINE GLOBETROTTERS AND EXPLORERS AND REGISTERING FOR OR ATTENDING ANY EVENT YOU AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING:

I understand that my participation in this Meetup event is at my own risk. By registering for or attending this event, I, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns agree not to sue and hereby release from liability the above-named hosts and organizers of this event with respect to any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising from my and my guests’ participation in this event. Such claims include but are not limited to those arising from bodily injury or death, sickness, illness, or disease, financial loss, and property damage. Without limitation of the foregoing, this release from liability extends to all medical expenses, financial loss and other damages arising from or relating to the coronavirus. I also agree to indemnify the above-named hosts and organizers of this event and hold them harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my and my guests’ participation in this event and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.
