This group is for the health and fitness enthusiast who aspires to develop healthy habits that will improve their quality of life! What are your top priorities in life? Most people will answer family & career. No one ever answers their health. Fitness is always the thing we plan to get to later, because we think we are too busy now. The problem with that way of thinking is that that magical day we are waiting for, when all of a sudden we wont be busy anymore and we will have tons of free time...that day does not exists. That is the realization that we all have to make. The obstacles in our lives that we use as excuses to put off worrying about our health are never going anywhere. We will never run out of excuses we can use to justify skipping our workouts or going through the drive through. The good news is that even though we are busy and we have obstacle and challenges to overcome everyday, we can still Make Fitness A Priority now. When you choose to do that, your life gets better.

The Make Fitness A Priority Community (formerly Be Fit...For Life) was created by Chad Austin and Dr. Kelly Baltuska. Chad is a personal trainer and the owner of Priority Fitness in Overland Park, KS.
