Start out the week by diving deep into a Marvelous Monday afternoon Zumba Fitness class that will tackle your problematic regions, jump start your metabolism, enhance your flexibility and coordination while you easily slide into your winter clothes!! You will experience one heck of a connective, motivated and fantabulous fun environment where the soundtrack will flow right through your veins and stimulate only the grooviest moves to reach this area!!!This class will easily allow you to slide onto the dance floor, get you into slick shape and enhance your cardio system!! To be fully prepared for this Latino Partayyy, please make sure to come with comfortable, flexible shoes with little to no grips on the bottoms, stretchy workout clothes and a big bottle of water to stay hydrated. Welcome to the continuing class that offers everything you could ever desire in a dance class for the little older ones who are 5-9 years of age!! This class is designed so that you can "have your MULTI layered cake and eat it too!!!" In this next level class, multiple dance styles mash together to expose you to a marvelous mixture of ballet, jazz, hip hop and even contemporary dance styles infused into this one hour program!!! Please dress comfortably with very light, loose and flexible footwear. Also, bring enough water to keep your body well hydrated throughout the class. If there are any questions, comments or concerns relating to these classes, please ask away, and I shall get in contact with you within the day. Drop-in participants can always attend anyone of the classes posted within this group. Participants will learn the fundamentals of combining strength training of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga in one session, which usually lasts from 30 to 60 minutes. This class is extremely beneficial for those that wish to improve mental and physical strength as a whole. Once this has been defined, the added bonus of enhanced, flexibility, coordination, posture, balance and relaxation will be drastically noticed. ** Drop-In participants are always welcome. Exercises for abs and gluteus maximus are the primary goal plus additional work for muscle groups connected to these areas.
