This program is designed for SMALL GROUP TRAINING. Body Barre is a POWERFUL one-hour, total-body workout that rolls through push-ups, floor and wall type, and leg lifts at the barre, plus a ab segment on a mat. Your muscles will be left QUIVERING!! Don't fight it! Shaking legs and a pulling sensation in your core means you're toning and PROOF that the routine really works: Regulars say they've lost dress sizes and 10-plus pounds. Aim to arrive 10 minutes early. Know before you go: Be one of the first to get in the proper position: On days 1 to 15 of the month, veterans know that every move will begin with the right hand or foot; on days 16 to the end of the month, switch to the left hand or foot. ** Drop-In participants are always welcome. BUT, this is small group training and LIMITED spots are available, so reserve your place TODAY!!
This specially selected class is designed for ages 5-9 years old to introduce the beautiful ballet style to your precious prince/princess. With this program, it will build and shape your little one's ability to dance this classic style with poise and grace in an enjoyable and fun environment. Please dress comfortably with very light, loose and flexible footwear. Also, bring enough water to keep your body well hydrated throughout the class. If there are any questions, comments or concerns relating to these classes, please ask away, and I shall get in contact with you within the day. Drop-in participants can always attend anyone of the classes posted within this group. Again, this program is geared towards powerful SMALL GROUP TRAINING. Who doesn’t want better abs?? But more than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall strength, neutral posture, control of daily movement, and flexibility. This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, interior and exterior obliques, and rectus abdominus. Slight n Simple warm-up included so be ready to work it!!! Please keep in mind that it is vital for the body to engage in a deep stretch after targeting the abdominal segments in such a powerful manner. Be prepared for a deep joint to muscular stretch period for the last 20 minutes of class. *Drop-In participants are always welcome at an extra cost!!
