Yom Kippur Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yom Kippur Yoga

3:00-4:15 Wednesday, October 5th

Restful, restorative poses to center and recharge.
Feel the divine presence. Feel your body renew.
Teachings led by Rabbi JudiAhavah DelBourgo
to help you move through Yom Kippur.
Guided by Yoga Instructor Anita Pressman.
All abilities welcome.
If you can't lay on the ground, you may use a chair.
If you'd like to nap, you are most welcome to do so.

BYO Yoga mat, towels, blankets and/or pillow - whatever will help you feel more comfortable. (Bolsters welcome but not required.)
Loose clothing recommended.
If you're in a skirt or dress, feel free to put on shorts underneath.
