Originally created for classical musicians, we've now expanded to include a broader, interdisciplinary community of artists. Whether you’re a violinist, pianist, poet, playwright, painter, or curious creator, you’re welcome here.

Manassas comes from Manasseh, the son of Joseph in Genesis. His name (מְנַשֶּׁה M’nasheh) means “making to forget” or “cause to forget”, because Joseph said God had made him forget his hardship (Genesis 41:51).
