Friday Morning Meditation
11am - 12pm - £5 with Kadampa Teacher Sean. The purpose of meditation is to make our mind peaceful. Each week our meditation classes introduce different topics ranging from improving our mindfulness and reducing stress to becoming more compassionate and wise. Kadampa Meditation Centre Manchester has two locations: a beautiful, modern city centre space at 125 Portland Street, Manchester, M1 4QD, we also have a centre in the leafy suburb of Chorlton (which is also home to our World Peace Cafe)
