Each meditation session will be lead by Wendy Pantha (her bio below) and are for both beginners and experienced practitioners of meditation.

If you would like to understand more about the practice of meditation then this is a great place to start. And of course if you are experience practitioners come and join in with the group.

Over the weeks we will be exploring guided meditations, self hypnosis as a form of meditation, moving meditations and meditations following the breath.

The benefits of any one of these forms of meditation is that, with practice you can access a calm and productive state in any life or business setting.

I have had a lifelong interest in alternative and complementary therapies and this interest has led me through multiple types of meditation from mindfulness to Qigong.
