Building at Scale with AI
Department Bonded Warehouse, 18 Lower Byrom Street, Manchester, GBJacob Clark – Director of Engineering @ Hyperact
AI delivers strong results in tightly scoped, bounded use cases. Scaling those results across an enterprise is a different challenge entirely. How do organisations enable hundreds of teams to work with increasing levels of AI-driven context while preserving governance, security, and engineering velocity?
Jake will present a recent client case study that examines this challenge through the lens of the design system and component system layer. From there, he will distil a set of practical principles and scalable approaches that can be adopted across the wider technology stack to support effective, secure, and sustainable AI delivery at scale.
