Many people struggle with maintaining a healthy weight and feeling good about their body. In response to this need we have created a new programme “Weight, well-being and body confidence”.
Drawing from tantra and also cutting edge approaches to diet and eating, this course offers a revolutionary approach to these tricky topics.

This short course over 2 days, with its yearlong follow up webinars is a fantastic new way to tackle all these issues.
Our approach is holistic. We look at eating from a psychological perspective as well as its nutritional aspects. We aim to provide you with information, tools and support to help you keep up an effective and fun programme so that you can be the weight you feel good being, and enjoy eating in a healthy way.
Key features of our approach are viewing eating problems as a form of addiction or as ways of managing stress. This approach can radically transform your perception of weight, well-being and body confidence issues.
We also look at eating problems not as a failure of will power but as an unavoidable physiological response that happens when we eat a diet which doesn’t suit us. This information is not widely known.
We are fortunate in having Dr Helen Dziemidko, who pioneered food sensitivity work in the 80s and Elara Evenstar, who is certified in Alkaline Diet therapy, teaching on this course. They both have considerable experience in this area.
We are looking forward to sharing information, experience and exercises that can really transform how you tackle your issues around weight, well-being and body confidence.
The course consists of 2 one day workshops a few weeks apart followed by 11 monthly webinars where you have the opportunity to ask questions as well as learning from others’ experiences. These workshops are designed to be done together, however there is still a benefit if you attend either Day 1 or Day 2 as a standalone workshop.
