Improving customer engagement with UX

This talk will explain the evolutionary UX process behind TendoJobs.com (https://www.tendojobs.com), a website that links employers directly with job hunters making the entire recruitment process seamless and transparent. The design and building of TendoJobs.com has been driven by continual user feedback which has improved both the onboarding process and the engagement levels on the website. This talk will also cover some of the challenges faced and the lessons learnt while diversifying the business model from agency into a scalable technology product.
