We are a group of meditators who meet weekly to sit together virtually. We are open to all who want to meditate -- both beginners and experienced meditators. While the common denominator is Buddhist Mindfulness (Vipassana) meditation, we have members from a variety of backgrounds – hence, Many Branches.

We usually sit together for 30 minutes or so then talk informally about our practice and, in the style of Thich Nhat Hanh, try to practice deep listening. Whether you want to learn to meditate or wish to sit together with others, all are welcome.

Now during COVID-19 we meet every Saturday at 9 AM by zoom. (We used to meet every Saturday at the Pleasantville Presbyterian Church, 400 Bedford Road)
