Marin Pickleball is run by USA Pickleball Association ambassador George Silvas who was featured in Marin Magazine Sept. 2017 In a Pickle . He has traveled the world playing, teaching competing in Pickleball Tournaments throughout the world. The latest adventure is teaching Pickleball in Mexico at Rancho La Puerta!
George Silvas is the pinooner of Marin Pickleball for All in Marin County. George helped in promoting and the building of 6 dedicated Pickleball courts at Hill Recreation Center in Novato. He's responsible for starting Pickleball Venus throughout Marin County. Such as: Hamilton Thigpen Tennis Courts, Hill Middle School Indoor gym in Novato, Pueblo Park, Mcinnis Park, Albert Park, Pickleweed Park (indoor), Pioneer Park & Hall Middle School in Larkspur, Corte Madera, Strawberry Recreation Department.
George is the original instructor for Pickleball in Marin promoting giving lessons, organization and oversight for Marin Pickleball Venus. He has also help start programs at Bay-O-Vists and Oakland Hills Tennis Centers(east bay)
Our Marin group meets at Corte Madera Tennis Courts and Hill Recreation Pickleball Courts. Our program is about helping people and giving the gifts of Health, Happiness, Friends and Memories for a Lifetime through participating in the game of pickleball.
George was also honored in 2017 at the 68th Annual Awards Banquet for CPRS District 1 Community Service Award; for his years of dedication and volunteering service to the community in teaching and promoting pickleball.

This group offers a good balance of social and competitive play that allows various levels and play with varying degrees of intensity. On average we have 4 courts to 6 courts and 8 or more players.
More days and Venus will be added soon.

If you have an idea of where you want a Venues to take place let George know. He'll try and accommodate them.
