Northern Marin runners...this run is for you! We are starting a weekly trail run in Novato. Every Wednesday, we will rotate locations and rotate leaders for a new route to get you through the week! Run distance will be anywhere from 6-10 miles and will vary in terrain and elevation. Potential locations include Mt. Burdell, Little Mountain, Big Trees, Indian Valley, Rush Creek, Hamilton, and Big Rock Ridge. Every now and then we may even do something crazy like hill repeats on Sinaloa or a tempo run to Stafford.
We will post the start location ahead of time. Please arrive to run at 6 pm and expect to run until sunset. This is a no-drop run, but you should have intermediate trail running experience and be able to average approximately 11 min/miles on the trail.
