In our group, it's simple and fun followed by these 5 things: - we welcome everyone(not so active to very active, that's right! ) - we exercise outdoor while enjoying the nature and your neighborhood(location can be parks, trails, soccer field and more) - each session have a different topic, can include such as strength, stretch, balance, meditation, kickboxing, self-defense, ball games, group games and more - we only focus on exercise during the session. we don't use electronic devices, we don't worry about groceries shopping, picking up kids, Snapchat with friends. Only focus on your body. - You don't have to be good at one thing, but you should be interesting with many things and try new things
