This is a Group for anyone interested in Barre Workouts and Pilates Springboard Training! We have 12 Pilates Springboards and a 50ft long Barre...We are a new Hybrid of Fitness where we fuse everything together. Lets Workout hard and have fun doing it while playing great Heart Pumping Music....Looking to meetup the first Friday of every month at 7pm for Workout and Beverages at Modfitness.
