Our November 20 featured speaker is Jim Kyung-Soo Liew, Ph.D., associate professor at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and co-founder of SoKat.co, and we'll have two quick-take AI app presentations: SERRI Technologies and Yaylo.

Dr. Jim Kyung-Soo Liew's talk is "Our FinTech Future - AI's Opportunities and Challenges." Dr. Liew is Associate Professor of Finance at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and has published pioneering research in the intersection of social media big data, blockchain, and financial markets. He currently teaches "Big Data Machine Learning AI," "Crypto-Currencies and Blockchain,” “Advanced Hedge Fund Strategies," and "Leading Entrepreneurship and Innovation" at JHU. Dr. Liew co-founded SoKat Consulting, LLC, which creates world-class machine learning / AI and blockchain products and services primarily servicing institutional investors, government agencies, academic institutions and select-startups.
