This group currently meets online (until the COVID virus situation resolves) from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. We do mantra mediation to release stress and are doing a systematic study of the Bhagavad-Gita. We discuss and share our realizations on the verses and also talk about how to apply in our lives. The format is informal and discussion oriented. We start with Kirtan and mantra meditation followed by discussion on the Bhagavad-Gita.
