Join us and our guest Shir Zalzberg, Senior Product Designer at Salesforce addressing the best ways to designing client feedback.

During her presentation, Shir will talk about:
-Defining user feedback goals
-Target audience segmentation
-Different in-app feedback structures
-Micro-copy tips for better research questions

Previous to joining Salesforce, Shir Zalzberg led the design team at OverOps and worked with multiple startups and tech companies.
Besides her work, Shir is the founder of Startup Designers, a design community with over 11K members and multiple initiatives. There are monthly meetups, weekly webinars, a mentorship program, a weekly newsletter, and more. She is currently an MBA candidate at IE business school and just relocated to Amsterdam from Israel.
