1. The Purpose - is to get outdoors, to get moving and become active, to meet people and become part of an accepting, supportive community of health and wellness.
2. Anyone Who - If it has been awhile since you've worked out and you need a kick start, or if you have never worked out and you would like to get out of the house and get mobile, move, breath, get mindful and get into nature. All are welcome to join this new fitness community.
3. What we will do - a)Yoga, meditate, journal, become mindful, slow controlled flow allowing our bodies to feel the movement and breath. b) A weekly walking fit program. We will meet at a specified location each week and complete a walking workout. This is a 6-week walking fit program that will start out light and gradually build up. At first the workout will be light, the first week and then will gradually build up to adding small workouts, modifications will be made according to the group and/or individual ability.
