Autumn Leaves - virtual Red Thread Circle

Details
You're invited to Join us for creativity and a Red Thread Circle** from your own cozy home!
Pour a cup of Tea, gather your supplies and Red thread, and join us for a simple project & sisterhood.
In a recent blog post, the author described gathering Autumn leaves with her daughter's, and using crayons to do leaf rubbings. This is great to do with the children in our lives.
Before our circle, gather fallen leaves from different trees (or even houseplants) - you will want them to be sturdy and flexible. Do you have pine needles or cedar? Herbs? Blot them dry if need be. You'll want lighter weight paper for your rubbings, and crayons, chalk or other markers.
As you gather leaves, think of what has fallen this year, and ways you and those around you have been affected. What are you composting? What seeds are you saving?
Supplies:
Paper, art journal or smashbook
Crayons, Markers, Watercolor, gouache, acrylic, pens and/or colored pencils, Paintbrushes.
**In Red Thread Circles, we come together and interweave the common threads of our stories. Circles are held around the world, and are for women who wish to gather with others as we share stories and a simple creative project which holds the energy of our visions for ourselves and the future.
