Me & my baby The class is an indoor workout. Whether in a baby carrier or lying on the mat, your baby will participate in the class and provide progressive resistance to help you get lean and strong. Babies from 6 weeks are safest in a front carrier, while older babies are best suited to a back carrier or stay in the front carrier facing the front. All Me & My Baby classes include exercises to target all the major muscle groups. Each class includes: -a warm up -20 minutes low impact cardio vascular conditioning (with baby in carrier), -20 minutes resistance training (for strength and stability) -a Cool down -stretching Me & My Baby classes are a great way to meet other new moms, get in shape, feel more energized and most importantly have fun while bonding with your baby. And of course moms are free to feed their baby, change their diapers or comfort them during the class. All participants should have had their 6 week postnatal check up before starting Me & My Baby classes Psst… there’s often a post-workout mama coffee stop too! Welcome to the Me & My …. , pre-, postnatal & toddler exercise classes

Me & my …. has a simple ambition:

to add joy, health and vitality to your and your little one’s life.

The classes provide you the opportunity to enjoy exercise in a time of life when it can be the most difficult to find the opportunity to fit it in.

The Me & My …. offers programs for children from 6 weeks old. Together with their mother. Me & My …. is sport for kids and parents. You can't start early enough with sport!

The Me & My …. classes are postnatal & toddler exercise classes, designed for you and your little one at the centre – developing health, fitness and bonding for you and your family.

The classes help you become stronger and improve your condition of your stamina, they give you energy and provide a lot of fun. The sessions are performed to music; music has a profound effect on the enjoyment of exercise and our motivation. The music will uplifting our mood and increasing our energy.

Working out with your child strengthens the parent-child bond. And you don’t need a babysitter to be able to exercise. Exactly what you need as a parent!
