Dear all,

Meat Free HK meetup #417. Oriental Vegetarian is a brand new Chinese vegetarian restaurant. We have checked it out and are delighted to announce this meetup to take place the day before the restaurant's official full opening. We are being given a 10 dish all vegan food deal to share. Cost per person is 100 hkd (cash only please).

a) Those attending please RSVP = 'Yes'.

b) We politely request editing RSVP to 'No' asap by anyone unable to attend who previously RSVPs 'Yes' to this event. Spaces are limited and consideration for others is appreciated

c) To help focus on RSVP status, anyone who 'no shows' against a 'Yes' RSVP will regrettably be banned for 1 month from the group

d) To help us accurately order the correct amount of food with some promptness based on numbers that show up, a cut off time will operate. Regrettably anyone arriving more than 15 mins late will lose their space in the booking

e) Attendees are requested to leave all ordering to be done by the organisers for the group (anyone ordering directly from restaurant staff will respectfully be asked to pay for this directly on ordering)

We hope you understand this helps us and our working with the restaurant for everyone's benefit (e.g. budgeting, releasing seats from the reservation, prompter food ordering). We very warmly look forward to seeing those who attend.
