Dear all,

Meat Free HK meetup #467. As mentioned before, when I organise events Carrie is very much a vital part of that organising. Carrie is unavailable for a short period due to work commitments. Hence the timing of this event at Loving Hut since the set up there means minimal organising effort is needed. Unlike most meetups we organise, this event is self order / self pay. We have a block of seats reserved near the back of the restaurant. Loving Hut provide mostly East Asian food. They also offer pizzas & cakes. It is budget friendly (e.g. set dinner deal of 58 HKD).

a) Those attending please RSVP = 'Yes'.

b) We politely request editing RSVP to 'No' asap by anyone unable to attend who previously RSVPs 'Yes' to this event. Spaces are limited and consideration for others is appreciated. We similarly respectfully request anyone bringing a guest(s) updates the +1, +2 etc in their RSVP asap should your number of intended guests change

c) To help focus on RSVP status, anyone who 'no shows' against a 'Yes' RSVP will regrettably be banned for 1 month from the group

d) Since this event is self order / self pay, unusually for one of our meetups there is no cut off time for arrival.

e) Anyone bringing children aged 12 or under, please message me directly to discuss. We can then liaise with each restaurant individually re their child policy to manage the specifics for each event.
