Downtown class - on break

==================

Tuesdays 12:15-1pm
with Buddhist monk, Gen Khedrub

Location: Downtown YMCA, 909 4th Ave.

These free weekly classes provide an opportunity to learn how to meditate and how to use our experience of meditation to positively affect all aspects of our daily life. Class size ranges from 15-25 people each week, with many regulars and many people coming via means other than meetup.

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort and experience true happiness and relaxation.

Gen Khedrub has been ordained as a Buddhist monk since 1995.

Everyone is welcome!
