With warmth and sincerity, Amy shows us the joy of integrating Buddha's teachings into daily life and is an inspiring example of modern Kadampa Buddhist practitioner.

Everyone wants more inner peace and happiness. How do we do this with such busy, hectic lives? Through meditation and ancient Buddhist wisdom, we can increase our love and compassion for ourself and others by reducing our negative, disturbed states of mind and replacing them with positive, peaceful states.
