I am a certified meditation instructor, and the founder of tribe + meditate Meditation Studio. I have travelled across four continents teaching meditation, blogging, and working as a women's confidence coach.
During this experience, we will be facilitating a series of 10 different meditation techniques designed to expand your perception of reality.
This meet-up is designed for anyone that is looking to begin a daily meditation practice and embark on a spiritual journey. During our first session together, we will build your Meditation Practice Foundation. This means finding out your meditation 'why' (the reason you're inspired to meditate, it can be physical, mental, or spiritual) and your meditation 'how' (choosing your specific meditation archetype, after experimenting with 10 different kinds of meditation).
During the session, we cover 5 different meditation philosophies, each with two applicable meditations:
- Visualisation Techniques - Breath Work - Mindfulness - Energy Systems - Zen Buddhist Techniques
The next steps after the introduction session are a deep journey into your own mind, and beyond; including energy flow and healing, exploring the dream world and astral projection, learning to use the different elements in your practice, and how to transcend reality.
