I've been using the Headspace app for the past 2 years and would love to learn in person.

usually weekends but sometimes I will be available after 7 on weekdays

Would you like to join: Meditations for uplift, for health, for Moms/kids, for insight, for personal growth/ peace of mind, for women-only, or something else? Interested in lectures on the Buddha's teachings? Discussion groups?

Interested in meditation for uplifting, stress/anxiety relief, personal growth and peace of mind. Would be interested to listen to lectures as well!!
