Because you like or follow Meditation Around Town on Meetup, we thought you might be interested in knowing about an upcoming special Sound Healing and Spirit Meditation.

Jenni Schmelz of Frequency Works LLC, based in Grand Junction, Colorado, will be performing a Full Moon Sound and Spirit Meditation at Inner Space on Friday, June 2nd at 6:30 PM.

Jenni is a Licensed and Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist with the Vibrational Sound Association. She performs her own modality of Group Sound Meditations for deep relaxation, connecting within, and tapping into your own creative and problem-solving potentials by playing crystal and Himalayan bowls, gongs, and other sound instruments.

In addition to sound and vibration healing modalities, Jenni was Certified as a Health Coach in 2017 by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She holds two degrees from the University of Colorado, Boulder; a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Jenni says, "Let's gather to deeply relax and open to the Sagittarius Full Moon energies that will be at their peak on June 3, 11:43 ET. When open to the full moon energies, we allow the shining of a light on something we have not noticed or seen before. It's a time to illuminate and open to new perspectives, creative ideas, or new approaches. I look forward to being in Des Moines and am blessed to be performing for this community!

The event will be limited to 50 participants. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, or anything else you like to use during your meditations.
