What we're about

All are welcome, we host our meditation and metaphysical events on a variety of subjects. We have an Ananda meditation group and spiritual development gatherings. Anyone who wants to learn to meditate, learn the spiritually proven style of meditation as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda who brought yoga over to the west in 1920. An easy-to-learn, yet powerful technique, accompanied by an Affirmation. No prior experience is required.
