My first home was nature. I was a kid when I first immersed myself in the arms of the forest. Observing plants. Listening to nature. Watching the colors variation. Smelling nature odors and feel their effects.
A forest is refreshing. When you slowly breathe in the oxygen and fill your body with the smell of mushrooms, wood and humus, you fill your body and soul with what is deep in your heart: essence, joy, inner peace.
Let’s give a break to our mind. Let’s give a break to our thoughts. Our brain needs to rest... A mental escape A nap, a little piece of paradise.
Music is the vibration that comes from our soul. Let it go... Let your inner voice express itself. It's the language of your soul and emotions. No need words sometimes to express yourself. Sound, rhythm, vibration, being yourself.
Everything is in nature.
I am meditation guide and a musician. I started to meditate naturally in the forest when I was a kid to escape life torments. When I started to play the piano at the age of 14, I immediately felt music was a superb way if expressing my inner self. I like composing calming music and make myself float away under the sound of beautiful notes.
Vietnam was a turning point in my spiritual journey. After a few days at Da Lat yoga ashram eating pure food and showing and receiving kindness, I decided I would never stop spreading love and calmness around me.
I came back from Asia 3 months ago after a 3 year retreat in search of inner peace. I have been traveling in China for the past 15 years in search for authenticity, and to fulfil my personal quest. Today I would like to share with you what meditation nature music and traveling brought to me and how they can contribute to bring happiness and peace in your life. ☀️🌴 Lina
