Join The Virtual Third Space Community for Mindful Movement Meditation.
Naomi Pryde (Path of the beloved ) is a highly experienced facilitator who will be leading us in this holistic practice to help us keep our sacred shells, and souls healthy.
In 2021 Naomi joins us from Shekinah Garden in Pai, Thailand!
Mindful Movement Meditation specifically aims at bringing a holistic peace to the body, soul, mind and spirit through movement, mindful listening to our bodies, paying attention to our "being" and the invitation to open our spirit to the Eternal One.
The practice is a thoroughly evidence-based and has been shown to decrease stress/cortisol levels and improve creativity and concentration.
Please ensure that you have a clear space around you (2sqm is recommended) and that you get help moving heavy furniture if needed.
All meditation practices at The Third Space are based on the Judeo-Christian philosophy of "shalom", a Hebrew word for peace.
