Join The Third Space Online Community for Mindful Meditation Mindful Meditation specifically aims at bringing a peace to the body and mind through the practice of mindfulness, deep breathing and relaxation exercises.

All meditation practices at The Third Space are based on the Judeo-Christian philosophy of "shalom", a Hebrew word for peace.

The Mindful practice is a thoroughly evidence-based and has been shown to decrease stress/cortisol levels and improve creativity and concentration. It is a guided meditation with the facilitators, Allison or Michael having many years of experience to draw on.

The Zoom meeting will be open from 12pm. If you don't have the Zoom application yet, the Meeting link will direct you to install it first.

Attendance is by online donation with all proceeds going towards global development projects supported by The Third Space
