The feeling of inner peace helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life, many of our usual problems will fall away and we will feel warm and well disposed towards other people thereby improving our relationships. This is a great course both for beginners and those who wish to improve their meditation skills.
Stephen Charles has been practicing dharma for over 10 years, under the guidance of his Spiritual Guide, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. His teachings are simple and easy to integrate into busy modern life.
The course consists of two teaching and meditation sessions with a 30-minute break. No previous experience required. Everybody is welcome.
