My name is Riccardo and I am a qualifying Zen Meditation and Mindfulness teacher. Meditation has been my companion for more than 10 years now, leading the way to a very enjoyable and interesting experience of life. Nothing like meditation could have made all these years more exciting and fulfilling. It has been helping me to explore my habits, my conditioning, my frustrations and my beliefs. Together, we have walked through stress, pains, worries, joy, pleasure and satisfaction; no doubts we will keep walking on. I do believe that meditation is the strongest and, also the cheapest, of all the medicines. Meditation like medication. For me, it has been the most powerful healer.

A whole host of scientific studies have provided evidence of the benefits of meditation and mindfulness for health, wellbeing, mental clarity and stress-reduction. And, more and more people find that meditation and mindfulness can show things from a new perspective making us enjoy life more fully and more healthily. As a result, we feel calmer and have an easier relationship with ourselves, with others and with the world.
I run regular courses and drop-in sessions in mindfulness and meditation in Cambridge. I also give private classes for individuals, groups as well as giving talks on stress and other related topics for organisations.
