My vision for this group is to create a community of like-minded people in the New Haven area who are interested in spiritual growth.

We focus on techniques which assist us to find that quiet space within ourselves….so we can listen to that “all-knowing” voice and find our authentic self. We will start will the basics of meditation and then incorporate other topics as we go, depending on what the group needs are.

What happens in each class?


In each class we will focus on the week’s theme, followed by a group discussion/sharing and will have at least one guided meditation. Healthy Refreshments will be provided.

WEEK 6- YOUR SHIELD OF PROTECTION

Breathing Room Yoga

This module is about bringing it all together.

It is where we review and integrate all the amazing tools we learned in the past 5 sessions:

-Getting still and looking within
-Cleaning and clearing our energy field and setting boundaries
-Transforming our Inner Critic into our Inner Coach
-Learning how to develop an Attitude of Gratitude and Creative Visualization
-Healing ourselves through Feeling

In our sixth (and final) module we will help you to CREATE DAILY PRACTICES from the tools you learned which will be your Love Warrior Shield of Protection. These tools will form a valuable toolkit which will shield you from all the negativity, fear and chaos out there in the world.

When we practice these tools daily, we will start to see real results and our lives will change.

We will get to know our true selves and we will feel comfortable in our own skin. We will begin to respond to life in a new way, from love, kindness and compassion. We will begin to feel a deep sense of joy and peace no matter what is happening around us..and it is amazing to live life like this.

This is what it means to be a Love Warrior.
