Learn and Practice Mindfulness Meditation in an informal Group
The evening comprises - Introductions, first meditation, second meditation , close followed by tea/coffee & biscuits and a chat/opportunity to ask questions Meditation is a combination of body relaxed and mind focused allowing the mind to still so that connection to divine energy can be achieved. At Meditation in Carshalton Beeches we practice a variety of mindfulness techniques to focus the mind (including visualisations). Come along from 7.45 pm, so that we can start promptly at 8pm. Doors close at 8pm. Cost for the evening includes drinks and biscuits at the end of the Meditation at 9.30pm. If you drive, then park on the street. Carshalton Beeches Overground station and Bus Stop for No 154 are both at the top of the street.
