Meditation for all levels with an approachable, experienced buddhist teacher. Guidance to support you in establishing or elevating your Practice. Teachings anchored in Nyingma Tibetan Buddhism though drawing on many paths and warm and welcoming to all. Nyingma is the oldest Tibetan tradition, full of practical techniques and methods to help develop the core qualities of compassion and "skillfull means" for everyday life.  It's profound, esoteric and you can work with it lightly or in great, great depth. These practices are priceless and have been handing down from teacher to pupil for centuries.

A special part of this experience is its location. An inspiring, dedicated meditation retreat centre in a stunning, semi-rural setting. It is an uplifting place of committed practice with a programme of retreats, classes and one-to-one teaching.  There is accommodation, excellent food and volunteering options for those who struggle to pay their way.   We have our own well, grow fruit and veg and bottle our own apple juice. This is very different experience to a weekly class in a rented hall.  The centre's main purpose, day in, day out, is to further the practice of meditation for the benefit of all.

We work on the "dana" system - the buddhist system of donation.

20 mins from Salisbury and 10 mins from Shaftesbury.  Really easy to find, plenty of free parking.
