This group is for those interested in meditation and breath work as pathways to relaxation and transformation.  Often for busy people it is very difficult to sit and simply relax into meditation -our minds are way too activated and many people feel constantly stressed, depressed, and a lack of energy.  In this group we use connected breathing as a tool to create the space to connect with our bodies and relase tension in our system. Once we unlock our constricted breathing and give ourselves permision to release our stress and pent-up emotions we can reach the profound feelings of joy, replenishment, relaxation and inner peace. This is where real meditation becomes possible!  Everyone is welcomed, no previous meditation or breath work experience is needed:).
