About us
## What we’re about
A calm, welcoming space for gentle online meditations to help you slow down, reset, and feel more at ease in your body and mind.
Sessions are guided, supportive, and designed to be accessible — whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have a regular practice.
The emphasis is on kindness rather than perfection, and on working with the body’s natural rhythms, energy, and capacity for rest and healing.
***
## What we do
We host live, guided online sessions, which may include:
- Guided meditation and mindfulness practices
- Reiki-inspired guided healing meditations
- Gentle breath and body awareness
- Practices to support the nervous system and emotional regulation
Some sessions may be especially supportive for people navigating stress, ADHD traits, perimenopause or menopause, though everyone is welcome.
Sessions are calm, grounding, and pressure-free.
***
## Who it’s for
This group is open to anyone who wants:
- more calm and clarity
- a gentler relationship with their mind and body
- meditation that doesn’t require sitting still, “clearing your mind”, or doing things perfectly
You don’t need prior experience — just a willingness to pause.
***
## How sessions work
- Online (UK time)
- Monthly schedule
- Cameras always optional, microphones muted
- No pressure to speak or share
Each month includes one free guided meditation session for all.
Additional sessions offered will require a small contribution, which will always be clearly stated on the event listing.
