Leicester Group Mindfulness Meditation
THIS EVENT HAS CHANGED AND IS NO LONGER FORTNIGHTLY ON TUESDAY. INSTEAD THERE WILL BE ONE TUESDAY SESSION EVERY MONTH. These classes are open to everyone. It doesn’t matter what your religion, race, age or proficiency in meditation is. The meditation technique used consists of focusing our attention on our natural breath and being aware of our breath. This meditation technique helps to bring self awareness, in a natural way. These classes will begin with a short sound meditation with a gong or singing bowls to help you release tension and relax. We will then lead onto guided instructions for awareness of breathing meditation (mindfulness meditation). I will also follow on with some other techniques including third eye meditation and contemplative self inquiry at the end of the session. You may practice the guided meditation along with us or practice in your own way. Instructions will be given in each session, so beginners are not left out. These classes will run roughly for one hour and include 45 minutes of meditation practice and a short period of time for any questions and/or group discussion. Experienced meditation practitioners may start their practice with or without instructions. These sessions will also allow meditators to practice their own meditation techniques or to intuitively be, along as it doesn’t disturb others. The intention is to create a supportive space for insight and transformation of oneself, through the use of meditation techniques. There is a fee of £3 to help with room costs and other costs of running this group. Don You may meditate on the chairs provided. If you prefer to meditate sitting on the floor, then please bring your own mat and cushions. Please click on the links below for the meditations which will be used at the group sessions. Meditation4All will conduct regular group meditation sessions for people who are interested in practicing meditation, who are curious and to experienced meditators who would like to practice in a group setting.

One to One Meditation, Sound therapy, Energy healing, life coaching/ spiritual mentorship therapy sessions are also available.

2. This space will allow others to share meditational practices, experiences, and insights.

3.This space will be used to promote 121 therapy services for meditation, sound therapy, life coaching/spiritual mentorship, energy healing (reiki) and self inquiry.
