An Autumn Guided Meditation Journey: Gathering Wisdom & Letting Go

Sat, Oct 3 · 5:30 PM PDT

Healing Oak Crystals, 2122 Winifred St, Simi Valley, CA 93063, USA, Simi Valley, CA, US

What is your Spirit Animal? Who are your Guides?
What wisdom can the energy of the season bring through them?
As the Wheel of the Year turns toward autumn, we enter a season of harvest, reflection, release, and preparation for the darker half of the cycle.
Join Renee Lynn for a Shamanically experiential autumn evening of guided meditation, inner journeying, and animal symbolism, as we explore the season of harvest, reflection, and release.

Join us In Person at Healing Oak Crystals in Simi Valley, CA
on Saturday, Oct 3, 5:30pm- Event will run between 60-90 mins, with time after for socializing and connection-

Through intentional breath, soft music, and a guided inner journey, you'll be invited to enter an outdoor landscape of your own choosing and discover what naturally arises—perhaps an animal, bird, being, image, or simply a feeling or presence.
We'll then explore the Medicine Cards, drawing upon animal symbolism as another way of reflecting on the wisdom that emerged during your journey.

As a longtime tarot reader at Healing Oak, Renee will also share thoughts on finding a card deck that personally resonates with you and the different ways symbolic imagery can become a tool for reflection and self-discovery.

We'll close with a final reflection on what wisdom you're gathering and what you may be ready to let go of as the Wheel of the Year turns.

No meditation experience is necessary. There is no right or wrong way to participate, and you don't have to make anything happen—simply notice what happens.

✨ Includes door prize drawings for handmade autumn-inspired gifts from Renee.

Come as you are. Bring your curiosity. See what arises.
