Dynamic Meditation reaches into a deeper part of your mind and body to bring out emotional, mental and spiritual blocks that have hindered creativity and clear thinking. Set to music and native sounds, participants jump, yell and move their bodies and arms. It is finished with peaceful sounds and music that encourages one to be different. This particular type of meditation is extremely effective in bringing out aggravation and helps create inner peace and promotes energy.
This meditation involves vocal sounds to balance, harmonize, and bring awareness to the chakras or subtle energy centers. Colors, positions, and certain sounds are used as a guidance. It is followed by actual crystal sounds, which have been used to meditate since ancient days.
