Join Laughing with Julie on Zoom for an Online Laughter Yoga! Laughter helps to boost your immune system. It can also help to lower Cortisol (Stress Hormones) and raise dopamine (feel Good Hormones) levels. ~Claudette
My friend Julie is hosting this 3 days a week during these times. Julie is a Mental Health Counselor who specializes in Laughter Yoga. She'll guide the group through different laughter exercises. I've been doing this for several weeks and always feel good afterwards, even if just joining for part of the session!

Sharing this event as an FYI/self-hosted event. Use comments to coordinate meeting. If you'd like to step up and host (be the person everyone looks for), make note of that in the comments. Otherwise, suggest wearing purple Mardi Gras beads so the group can find you and you can find the group. Enjoy! ~Claudette
Enjoy live music every Thursday night this summer here at The Village near Cinemark. Come relax before a movie, have dinner enjoying the music around you, while you enjoy Salt & Straw, or simply pause as you pass by to listen to a tune.
Young-Chhaylee is a Seattle-based pop-soul artist known for his joyful presence and captivating voice. Partnered with dynamic singer/guitarist, Craig Suede (Happy Heartbreak / Dearheart), this duo has toured extensively and played a variety of Seattle stages. In Seattle Weekly Best of 2018, Jake Uitti wrote: "Hearing their harmonies blend as I stood in the back of the room made me feel like I was in one of those often talked about nights a decade ago when the founding members of The Head and the Heart sang together for the first time.”
Check out our line-up:
July 15th & August 12th: Lucien LaMotte
July 22nd: Ailisa Newhall & Wes Weddell

For those who work or live on the Eastside, join us for a monthly Happy Hour. Plan to visit different venues. ~Claudette
What's the Eastside? See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastside_(King_County,_Washington)
Come when you can, will arrange to have tables near each other. Happy Hour is 3-6pm. We can still hang out, make an evening of it or head to another venue!
Btw, this is a joint event with Eastside Social Club and multiple African American social groups so more people will be attending than what you see RSVPd here.
Celebrate summer with one of the Eastside's key events: Summerfest! Summerfest features concerts, beer festivals food trucks, and street markets (concert and beer festival tickets sold separately) - a lovely day at the beach. Sip Kirkland returns to celebrate the Summer with the best wines of the Pacific Northwest! Prefer beer over wine? No worries, mate! They serve lots of beers and ciders, too. Sip happens. ~Claudette
Sip Kirkland has two sessions:
Session 1: 12pm - 3:30pm
Session 2: 4pm - 7pm **I have my ticket for this session**
Ticket includes souvenir glass while supplies last, admission and 10 tastes.
You can still attend the festival without doing the wine tasting, however the wine tasting may be in a separate section, fyi.
WEAR PURPLE MARDI GRAS BEADS so we can find you and you can find the group!
Buy tickets and read more at https://sipkirkland.com/
Post in the comments when you get your ticket and for which session.
This is a multi-group event. More people will be attending than what you see RSVPd here. My guests are people from other groups who have noted that they also bought tickets.
