This 2.5 hour tour will cover the history of downtown Chicago from its founding to the present, the city's architecture, as well as modern marvels.

- Millennium Park
- Printer's Row

Following the tour, we'll have a happy hour along the Chicago River at Lizzie McNeill's. Every individual donation to the guide of at least $10 in-person or $5 upon registration will get attendees entered into a raffle for a free drink! Additional raffle tickets will be given for each donation in $5 increments beyond $10 (i.e. 2 raffle tickets for $15 donation, 3 for $20 donation, etc).
About Alan V:
Alan is an Illinois native and a former Chicago Public Schools teacher who holds a bachelor of arts degree in history and masters degree in education. He has lived on the North, South, and West Sides of Chicago, as well as downtown. Alan is the organizer and founder of West Town Social Club, an organization which curated events for local Chicagoans and visitors alike who want to make new friends. Additionally, Alan is an experienced traveler who has been to every continent not named Antarctica.This tour is organized by West Town Social Club. Singles vs. Couples Pool Night will see a group of co-ed singles casually compete against a group of couples in 3 rounds of pool. Singles will be play alongside different partners each round, while couples will play alongside their partner the entire time.
Singles can sign up by themselves or with a friend(s). Couples will need to register together (all couple types welcome).
The winning side gets pitchers of beer courtesy of the organizer!
This casual, social outing is open to all skill and ability levels!

Want to meet new people and enjoy some fun in the sun?West Town Social Club has you covered!
On Saturday, May 17th, West Town Social Club is offering a great chance for you to play classic outdoor sports and make some new friends at our Spring Field Day!
Participants will be divided into 4 teams for a fun competition involving some of your favorite games from childhood and adulthood! The lineup of activities will be as follows:
- 1pm-2:30pm - Grass Volleyball Competition (each team will play 3 games), Sack Race, Tug of War & Mystery Competition (TBA by organizer)
- 2:30pm-4pm - Kickball games
Teams will earn points for victories in each competition. The team who earns the most points in the competition will be the victor!
These games are sure to bring back old memories and spark new ones through comradery and fun! After the games end, all players will head to our sponsor bar for specially discounted drinks, food, and conversation.
Only interested in kickball? Sign up for a KICKBALL ONLY spot and you'll get to play two games of kickball!
AFTER PARTY!
All players are invited and encouraged to attend our post-tournament celebration at Standard Bar & Grill for drinks and conversation. The after party is what truly makes this a social outing!Registration closes 24 hours prior to the event. Reserve your spot today!
