Join us if you like to have a walk & talk and make friends! All fitness levels are welcome.

When: weeknights after-work & daytime at weekends.

Where: usually the Tan Track (around Royal Botanic Gardens), Albert Park Lake, St Kilda Beach, Williamstown, and other places near central Melbourne.

Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours, but feel free to leave early.
