Welcome to MelBAM!
We promote the adoption of Business Agility within our local community, covering businesses of all sizes and supporting individuals within those businesses. Business Agility is focussed on where work (of all types) meets humanity. We embrace change, seize emerging opportunities and thrive no matter what the future brings.
We will do this through presentations from Thought Leaders in this and related spaces, focussing on the domains of Business Agility. We will embrace diversity in pursuit of an open and engaged dialogue with this community.
Our target audience are: Coaches, Transformation Leaders, Senior Leaders in Finance, Marketing, Governance, and HR, Change Managers and Change Agents.

At November's event, we’re looking to share experiences with AI in business. What’s working, what’s been tried, and pitfalls to avoid. You’ll leave the session with a clear idea of where your business might best invest next.
This is going to be an interactive workshop; following from emerging research on how AI can be used as a force multiplier.Please come prepared to discuss how the organizations you work with leverages AI, what sort of problems it’s being applied to, and how you’re personally using AI. What’s delivering benefits? What have you tried?
What’s been challenging at the business level – governance? Funding? Training? Time to learn?
While we’d like to know if AI tools are being used in technology, we’re particularly keen for experiences across the broader business.
Have a short story to share? We’re looking for a few people to kick us off with a 5 minute chat of how your organisation has used AI to generate business value – how can others learn from your experience?
Note: the intent of this session is to share what’s been tried, what works. We want to avoid discussions not linked to personal experience, or where these new technologies are painted as all bad.
